Brad Winters is a character in The Rage: Carrie 2. He was played by Justin Urich.
Brad was one of Mark's best friends and he contributed to the torment of Rachel. Brad Witnessed Carrie’s Rage and trampled a party girl during The Black Party,Brad was eventually killed by Rachel and he was the second in Mark's group to die.
